Copper Cove Proposed Subdivision is a portion of the Yosemite Square Business Park and Residential Community Project. The subdivision is comprised of 342 single family residential lots. The proposed subdivision would be located on the south east border of Austin Road and interstate highway 99 in Manteca, California. The lots will be sized 5,000 - 10,000 square feet, and be located 1/2 - 1 mile away from restaurants and shopping centers. The area is centrally located with only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Sacramento, San Francisco, 30 minute drive to Modesto and Stockton. Manteca is known for its affordable living and easy commute access points. Also the Ace Rail commuting trail runs threw Manteca. Development in Manteca is anticipated to grow creating more jobs and economic stability for the the City.
